dsOS is an internal operations hub operated by Saiba. It brings tasks, meeting intelligence, read-only calendars, business context, and authorized AI-agent activity into one organized workspace.
What dsOS does
Organizes authorized meeting records, notes, decisions, action items, and transcripts by business and project.
Displays calendars and event details from Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook without requesting permission to create, edit, or delete provider events.
Tracks the responsibilities, assigned work, progress, messages, approvals, and outputs of agents explicitly connected by the account owner.
Why dsOS requests account data
dsOS requests only the permissions needed to provide the feature the user selects. For Google Calendar, dsOS requests basic account identity and read-only access to calendars and events. For Microsoft, dsOS requests User.Read to label the connected account and Calendars.Read to display its calendars and events. This data is used to build the user’s private unified calendar view, support incremental synchronization, and link events to the appropriate business context.
Calendar connections are read-only.
dsOS does not request Google or Microsoft calendar write permissions and cannot create, modify, or delete events in those provider accounts.
Control stays with the user
Users choose each account and calendar they connect. They can disable a calendar, disconnect an account, revoke provider access, or request deletion of synchronized data. OAuth credentials are kept server-side and encrypted; they are never exposed through the browser.
